Description:

1. All rooms are furnished (a bed, a dresser, a mirror, a desk, and closet). Each room will accommodate one resident. All utilities (except phone) are included in the rent.
2. All our regular leases start on the arrival day of a semester and end on the day after the commencement of a semester.
3. When Penn State is in session, meals are provided Monday through Saturday lunch. It is mandatory to have the meal plan and it is included in the rent. You CANNOT rent a room without the meal plan. Please note that there are no meals during school breaks and on Sundays.
4. Each floor has two or three bathrooms to be shared among the residents on that floor. Each bathroom contains a toilet, sink, and private shower.
5. There is a phone on each floor to be shared by the residents on that floor.
6. Fall semester is and spring semester leases are 4 month long. Summer semester lease is 3 month long. The exact dates of the start and end of each semester vary according to the PSU school calendar.
7. For short-term visitors who stay for more than one month (30 days) but less than a semester (see item 6), a discount rate may apply. Please email us at managers@uclubstatecollege.com and ask for details. Please include your arrival and departure dates in the email.
8. We have parking space available for residents and non-resident on a limited basis. If you have questions about the parking space, please email us at managers@uclubstatecollege.com; Because our parking is limited, we do not provide parking space for short-term visitors, however, you can find overnight parking garages downtown within a short walking distance.
